Sales of domestically produced, treated and seasoned sawn structural pine climbed throughout 2014, setting new monthly records along the way. By the end of January 2015, full year sales totalled a new record of 520.2 km3.
Along the way, the new monthly sales record was achieved in July 2014 at 53.0 km3 and every month since October 2013 has been a new high compared with the prior corresponding month.
The chart below shows the dramatic and near continual rise in sales of H2-F since January 2005 when monthly sales were less than 5.0 km3.
Even in the seasonally low periods, growth has been solid. In January 2015 for example, total sales of 34.9 km3 were 5.5% higher than in January 2014.
