Current Research programs

We are actively funding and coordinating research to enhance productivity, sustainability and competitiveness in the wood processing sector, including projects that explore new products, improved manufacturing methods and industry-wide decarbonisation strategies.

This is also supported by economic and data analysis to support supply chain decision-making, as well as biosecurity and forest health initiatives that benefit wood processors and growers alike.
