It’s that time of year again: 2021-22 AGM wrap-up

Led by Chair Craig Taylor, FWPA held its fifteenth Annual General Meeting virtually on 27 October 2022.

During what was his first AGM as FWPA CEO, Andrew Leighton thanked Board members for welcoming him back to the industry. Andrew reiterated his goal of ensuring FWPA remains highly connected with its members and stakeholders. He re-stated his desire for the organisation to continue to offer a high level of responsiveness and deliver meaningful and measurable outcomes that will build a strong, resilient and growing industry.

During the proceedings, Professor Tony Arnel was unanimously re-elected to the Board of Directors for a third term. As well as being a valued member of the FWPA Board, Professor Arnel is Industry Professor for the Built Environment at Deakin University and Life Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Architects and the Green Building Council of Australia.
