The WoodSolutions Mid-rise Advisory program launched in Victoria and Queensland via industry media in mid-October and is providing advice and support to the design and build industry to accelerate the adoption of timber building systems in mid-rise construction (Class 2, 3 & 5).
The team’s initial focus has been on refining the key messages, identifying receptive developers and design professionals, and leveraging off existing WoodSolutions activities. The Mid-rise Advisory Team has so far run over 50 presentations to developers, specifiers, sponsors and supply partners.
