The results, while indicating areas of potential improvement showed the site was well structured and provided valuable content on all aspects of building, specifying and designing with timber.
During in-depth user tests, each lasting almost one hour, participants were given a range of typical online tasks to perform using the website, and their progress observed.
The results of this testing will be incorporated in future revisions to the WoodSolutions website.
