FWPA Data Dashboard Refund Policy
Overview
At FWPA, we aim to provide accurate, valuable, and high-quality data to our users. We recognize, however, that there may be occasions where users may require a refund due to certain circumstances. Our refund policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law, ensuring consumer rights are respected.
Refund Eligibility
FWPA offers refunds in cases where:
- The Product is Faulty or Not as Described: If the FWPA Data Dashboard is not functioning as advertised or is significantly different from its described features, a refund or replacement will be offered.
- Access Issues Due to System Faults: If technical errors prevent ongoing access to the dashboard through no fault of the user, a refund or partial refund may be provided.
Conditions for Refund
- Proof of Purchase: Users must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or email confirmation.
- Refund Requests: Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of discovering a fault or discrepancy, with a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for change of mind after purchase. We encourage users to review the product details carefully before purchase.
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer support team at dashboard@fwpa.com.au with your request and proof of purchase.
- Our team will assess the eligibility of your request based on the guidelines above.
- If eligible, FWPA will process the refund within 14 days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Additional Rights
This policy is designed to complement, not replace, your rights under Australian Consumer Law. In any case where Australian law provides a right to a remedy, FWPA will adhere to the relevant legal obligations.
