Fresh off the press – Home Improvements & New Dwellings Research 2023

FWPA has commissioned BIS Oxford to develop a report summarising a range of BIS Oxford builders surveys, extracting, and presenting all information relevant to timber building materials that has been collected.

Contents of the report includes current and historic market information, including market share, market segmentation, and perceptions on timber products on a range of building materials for:

  • Timber vs steel framing material use
  • Alterations and additions
  • Deck and veranda projects
  • Fencing projects
