The 2016 Rural R&D for Profit funding round three was announced on 6 October with a closing date for applications of 5pm 6 December 2016. Prior to its announcement FWPA contacted the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources to arrange a briefing on the program priorities and project structures from the Department for forest sector researchers.
